Landlords who rent out a property with any gas appliances must have a Landlords gas safety certificate carried out annually by Law. Heatsafe can carry out this service hassle free by contacting tenants for bookings and emailing certificates straight to the landlord. This saves Landlords a lot time being caught in the middle; we can also offer multiple property discounts for Landlord with 2 or more properties.

Heatsafe has the all the experience and tools to cope with any of your gas service needs. We have all the up to date equipment i.e gas detection analysers to trace and repair gas leaks safely.

For new installations, we can upgrade your gas pipe work as most new high efficiency boilers require a larger gas pipe supply from the old standard efficiency boilers.
