Heatsafe Heating Ltd was founded in 2011 by Directors Dougie and Graeme. The pair began their careers training side by side as apprentices before gaining valuable experience with one of the UK’s largest heating companies.

With a shared passion for quality workmanship and customer care, they decided to build something of their own - a trusted, reliable, local heating company.

From day one, our mission has been clear: to deliver exceptional customer service, expert knowledge, and real value for money. Leading with experience

Dougie

Director/Operations Manager

Dougie has more than 20 years experience in the heating and plumbing trade, his passion and experience really shines through. Having completed his pipe fitting apprenticeship SVQ Level 3 city and guilds straight from school.

Dougie then gained experience working as a foreman in London. In 2004 after working away from home for years, Dougie decided to start an apprenticeship with at Scottish Gas, gaining his NICEIC ACS gas qualification. From there he worked as a service and repair engineer with Scottish Gas covering Falkirk until 2011 before he started up Heatsafe Heating Ltd.

Dougie now oversees all of our highly skilled engineers, organization of daily activities to ensure efficiency, productivity and cost effective prices for all our customers.

Graeme

Director/ Quality Control Manager

Graeme left school straight into an apprenticeship as a Thermal Insulation engineer. After qualifying with a SVQ level 3 city and guilds Graeme decided to go back to college where he completed a HND in electrical engineering.

In 2004 he started his apprenticeship with Scottish Gas where he gained his NICEIC ACS gas qualification. A year later Graeme won Scottish Gas’s newly qualified engineer of the year award beating off stiff competition from all over Scotland. Graeme worked as a service and repair engineer covering Glasgow until 2011 before he started up Heatsafe Heating Ltd.

Graeme helps to manage all of our highly skilled engineers. Overseeing and checking quality control to ensure our customers get the best service possible.

Siobhan

Office Manager

Siobhan started with Heatsafe Heating Ltd in 2023. Bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. Siobhan has already made a big impact to the business by implementing new systems, strategies and fresh ideas. Siobhan has enhanced our customer experience, helping organising quicker turnarounds on boiler installations, sourcing the best priced products on the market and keeping our customers up to date step by step during the installation process.
