All of our engineers are Gas Safe registered allowing us to carry out your boiler service to the highest of standard. Each individual manufacturer has its own specific servicing procedure which we always adhere to.
Servicing doesn't only apply to older boilers. If you have a new boiler it will need to be serviced annually to safeguard its warranty. Heatsafe will always provide proof of servicing by issuing a gas service safety certificate and by signing your boiler benchmark service record when provided.

Heatsafe Heating will also register your boiler with Gas Safe and the manufacturer to activate your warranty. A follow up phone call or email can then be expected a week or so after installation to make sure everything is working to your satisfaction. Our customer relationship management system will send out an annual service reminder to help protect the boiler manufacturer warranty. As it is a required by every manufacturer to have your boiler serviced every year to prevent invalidating the warranty.
30-point boiler service check.
Every boiler service carried out by Heatsafe includes a 30-point check list. Safety is our up most priority when checking over your boiler. You can expect your boiler service to last between 40minutes to 1 hour.
No hidden costs.
All of our boiler service checks are fixed priced. However if any small issues are detected we will include this as part of your fixed price service cost (Parts or materials not included). Anything substantial which will need new parts or extra labour will be discussed and a free no obligation quote provided. We always aim to be as fair and honest as possible. This has helped us build up fantastic customer loyalty and repeat business over the years.

We take pride in our work no matter how big or small the job. We take several measures to insure our customers’ property is protected during Servicing. This includes using dust sheets, laminate carpet/floor protector, over shoes, vacuum excess dust, sweeping up and removing all waste from site carefully. In the unlikely event, any issue should occur. You can rest a sure that we have the proper insurance cover in place for peace of mind.
