After our boiler packed in we contacted a few different companies for quotes on replacing our boiler and flushing our radiators. This company was by far the best. The quote they gave us was very reasonable which also included removal and disposal of our old boiler, fit of new Hive Smart Control and fit of carbon monoxide detectors to name a few. They said it would take 1-2 days for the work to be completed but they had it done and dusted in around 6 hours with little disruption to our house and they never left a trace of dust or debris behind. We would happily recommend this company to anyone!

As a landlord I’ve used Heatsafe Heating for a few years now for Gas Safety checks, boiler servicing, problems with the heating systems in a few flats and for replacement boilers. I am delighted with the professional service they provide, not only from their engineers but also from their office manager who even sends me boiler service reminders! They always get to our properties as quickly as they can, they are clean and tidy while doing the work, provide good information and products and to top it off they are very competitively priced. Contacted Dougie and his team on a Monday and they were there for a look at the problem Tuesday 830am. Dougie has a great manner and is very skilled also. This was tricky job as this was for my Uncle Falkirk and I live in Hampshire (not next door). Dougie gave us a quote within a day and within 4 days and a agreed a date to start. Started on time, finished on time and took care with the installation as my Uncle is housebound. Great Service, Excellent experience and Dougie is now my go to guy for all things heating in the future. Cant recommend him highly enough. The guys arrived on time after kindly fitting me in, a few days later, to install my new boiler. The job was to a high standard and finished within the day .As stated. I was recommended Heatsafe from a colleague at work when the boiler in my new flat needed replacing. Graeme was able to attend in quick time to offer me a free quote and was very thorough and the quote was ready very soon after. I decided to go through with the boiler installation and I was very pleased I did. It can be quite difficult for me to get time off work but Graeme was able to give me accurate availability times so I could work around it. Dougie and Graeme both visited to complete the installation and I am very pleased with the result and the they have been great in answering my questions post installation.Would highly recommend

Got an excellent quote for a replacement combi-boiler, and radiator, went ahead with it.Graeme and Harry arrived on time, covered all relevant flooring and got to work, finished on time.There was a problem with the new radiator, Graeme returned the next day, turned out it was a faulty valve, replaced it free of charge, voila, great heat in the cold bedroom!I would highly recommend this company.
