A follow up phone call or email can then be expected a week or so after installation to make sure everything is working to your satisfaction. Our customer relationship management system will send out an annual service reminder to help protect the boiler manufacturer warranty. As it is a required by every manufacturer to have your boiler serviced every year to prevent invalidating the warranty.

Every boiler service carried out by Heatsafe includes a 30-point check list. Safety is our up most priority when checking over your boiler. You can expect your boiler service to last between 40minutes to 1 hour.
